Breakfast - Cornflakes with dried blackcurrants, sunflower seeds and honey
Fresh [mixed] melon chunks
1 slice of wholemeal toast with jam

Snack - Carrot sticks

Lunch - Beans on toast
Activia yoghurt

Snack - Fruit smoothie

Tea - Quorn, potato and vegetables
