The lack of sleep is killing me here! Going grocery shopping later though so will have to pick up something different to eat.
Breakfast - Cornflakes in skimmed milk, drizzled with lemon honey
Activia yohgurt (good for digestion apparently!)
Fruit smoothie
Lunch - Spaghetti on wholemeal toast
Snack - Fresh fruit salad
Multigrain hoops
Tea - Potato and veg
