Dieting - DAY 6

Breakfast - Porridge with sliced banana & lemon honey

Snack - Fruit smoothie

Lunch - Beans on toast
Activia yohgurt

Tea - Potato and vegetables

I've had a stinking cold the last couple of days so I'm doing pretty crap with the meal planning and variety. I'll get something decent on the menu soon!
