Dieting - DAY 5

I weighed myself yesterday and I am exacty the same. I knoooow, it's only been a few days. Maybe I should eat less. Anyway here's today's meal plan:

Breakfast - Weetabix with raisins, lemon honey, sunflower seeds & skimmed milk
Fruit salad

Lunch - Spaghetti on toast

Snack - Activia yoghurt

Tea - Potato and vegetables
Fruit smoothie
