I hardly slept last night again and I feel like crap because of it! I think I need to down half a bottle of Night Nurse tonight coz I am not doing that again!! Anyway, the quality of the diet is suffering a fair bit but I'm not going to give up when I haven't even made it through week 1! I plan to do a weigh-in at the end of week 2 so stay tuned to see if this diet works!
Breakfast - Cornflakes in skimmed milk with lemon honey and banana slices
Lunch - Spaghetti on toast
Tea - Potato & vegetables
Oh, by the way, I haven't exercised for ages so I'm builidng up gradually with some light walking. Hopefully this will boost the results!
