Dieting - DAY 2

Here's the plan for day 2:

Breakfast - Weetabix in skimmed milk, with dried blackcurrants & honey, 1 slice wholemeal toast and a glass of fresh orange juice

Lunch - Jacket potato

Snack - Activia yoghurt, 2 wholegrain crackers

Tea - Tomato soup & 2 slices wholemeal toast



Trying to keep this diet varied is going to be a challenge; I'm a very fussy eater at the best of times! Plus, my boyfriend brought round cheese, chocolate cake [bites] and crisps last night for him to snack on in the evening. These are three of the main things I've cut out! Not helpful!!
