Breakfast - Multigrain hoops in skimmed milk with lemon honey & sliced banana
Melon chunks

Snack - 2 wholegrain crackers & jam

Lunch - Tomato soup & 2 slices of wholemeal toast
Activia yoghurt

Fruit smoothie
Tea - Quorn burger, potato & vegetables
